
Advanti Racing are the official partner of Scuderia Toro Rosso (STR) F1 team. This weekend was the German round at Hockenheim and Toro Rosso's Sebastian Vettel placed 8th for one point and his team-mate Sebastien Bourdais finished 12th in a tough race eventually won by Brit Lewis Hamilton in the Enkei sponsored McLaren Mercedes. The STR Ferrari team is now in 9th place in the constructors championship with 8 points. The next round is in Hungary from the 1st of August. We'll keep you deformed...

June 20-22 was Semi-Final time at Autosalon Sydney. It was a wicked weekend of hot cars, noise and general ride mayhem! Cheers to all those who dropped by and checked out the hot new Advanti rims. We hope to see you all at Semi-Final 2 in Melbourne, more details to come shortly. Wade Hemsley
The Advanti Racing Renault Megane is all set to race in the upcoming Western Australia Dutton Rally. Run from 23rd July through to the 27th at various gruelling venue's across WA. The driver's are Sergio Balsa who has competed in Rally Australia and Go-kart events and Frank Federico who has competed in Drag racing events for many years. The car is a 2005 Renaultsport Megane 225. It's fitted with Advanti Medusa rims shod with Nexen N3000's. Sergio installed a BOV, cold air induction ( both ex-UK ). Powerchip in Melbourne sent the car to a local tuner to get the car re-flashed (re-programming the stock ECU) to squeeze all the available horsepower out of the engine without compromising on reliability. Hopefully we will receive our new suspension springs in time for the event...
